Sudipta Sarker

Dr Sudipta Sarker is working as a consultant for the Hub and is based at the Institute of Epidemiology, Disease control and Research (IEDCR) and National Influenza Center (NIC) in Bangladesh.
Prior to this, she worked as a Research Assistant on a project on “Transmission of Avian Influenza A from animal to human at the animal-human interface in Bangladesh” as part of the BALZAC project (Behavioural Adaptations in Live poultry trading and farming systems and Zoonoses Control).
She had been involved in public health research for the last ten years. She has a Masters of public health with a major in occupational & environmental health.
