Dr Stabler has intellectual leadership for oversight and management of Campylobacter jejuni, bacterial genomics and microbiota. He is a co-founder and co-director of the LSHTM Antimicrobial Resistance Centre. He is an associate professor in molecular bacteriology at LSHTM.
