Oliver Pybus

Professor Oliver Pybus leads molecular epidemiological and phylodynamic analysis for the Hub, in close collaboration with the genomics team. He co-develops inter-disciplinary statistical approaches that aim to combine virus transmission and poultry trade data. He is Professor of Evolution & Infectious Disease at the University of Oxford and Professor of Infectious Diseases at the Royal Veterinary College London, UK.
