Lavinia Scudiero

Lavinia Scudiero is a veterinarian with work experience in clinical practice and international organisations. After completing a masters in Food Safety at Wageningen University and Research, she joined the Royal Veterinary College as a PhD student working on poultry production systems with a focus on consumer demand for poultry products in India as part of the Hub. She has a strong interest in safety in the food chain and food security.
