Ayako Ebata

Dr Ayako Ebata contributes to understanding the social, economic and political relationships that influence how chicken meat and eggs are produced, traded and consumed. As an agricultural economist, she brings both quantitative (econometric) and qualitative research skills to the Hub. Her main interest lies in value chain development and agricultural household decision making. She is a research fellow at IDS.
