Angus is a veterinary epidemiologist specialising in disease spread simulation modelling in animal husbandry settings. In the Hub, he is involved in epidemiological research, including data manipulation and data analysis.
Angus is currently a final year PhD candidate and a research assistant at the Centre for Applied One Health Research and Policy Advice at City University of Hong Kong. His thesis focuses on developing a disease spread simulation model for salmonid rickettsial septicaemia disease in saltwater salmonid farms in Chile.
